What Curbslot does

Curbslot gives service professionals who travel to their clients (“pros”) a booking page that offers only times the pro can reach, based on drive-time estimates or road times, and lets clients pay a deposit.

The pro is the seller

Every service booked through Curbslot is sold by the pro, not by Curbslot or BYBOWU. Deposits are charged on the pro's own Stripe account, and the pro is the merchant of record. The pro alone is responsible for the service, their prices, their cancellation policy, refunds, disputes and chargebacks. Curbslot never issues refunds of deposits.

Drive times are planning aids

Estimated drive times come from straight-line distance and settings the pro controls; road times come from Google. Traffic, weather and other things change real drive times. Curbslot doesn't guarantee that a pro will arrive at a given time.

Accounts

Pros must give accurate information, keep their password safe, and have the right to offer the services they list. Don't use Curbslot for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to collect client data for unrelated purposes.

Plans and billing

The Free plan includes 20 confirmed bookings per calendar month. Pro costs $15 per month or $144 per year, billed in advance through Stripe, and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period and isn't refunded for partial periods. We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing prices.

Client data

Client details belong to the pro. We process them to run the booking page as described in the privacy policy. Pros must only use client details to deliver and manage the booked service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Curbslot running but can't promise it will never be down. We may change features; if we remove something important to paying pros, we'll tell you first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Curbslot is provided “as is”, and BYBOWU's total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. We aren't liable for lost profits or for disputes between pros and their clients.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why.
