A booking counts when it's confirmed: paid, or booked without a deposit. Unpaid holds and cancelled bookings don't count. Stripe's card fee on deposits (2.9% + 30¢) is paid by you to Stripe; Curbslot adds no fee. Upgrade from inside the app when you need it.
What counts as a booking
A booking counts once, in the month it's confirmed: when the client pays the deposit, or books a service without one. Holds that expire unpaid don't count, and neither do cancelled bookings. A moved booking counts once. The count resets on the 1st of each month in your time zone.
What Pro adds
Travel fees let you charge by distance from your start point, in up to three rings; clients see the fee before they book. Unlimited bookings, and no “Book with Curbslot” line unless you want it.
Cancelling
Pro renews automatically each month or year. Cancel from the Plan page at any time; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free: 20 bookings a month, no travel fees, and the “Book with Curbslot” line comes back. If you've already confirmed 20 that month, your page asks new clients to call or text you until the 1st. Your page, services and bookings stay.
